"I purchase more cars than I should. This was a more pleasant experience than usual. My sales person was sincere and easy to talk to. He knew the cars and understood what I was looking for. He also didn't talk just to hear himself speak, as I have found many car salesman do. Jinal took the time to explain the options in the car at delivery time. I consider myself tech savvy, but I still needed to be shown some functions twice. Jinal never lost his patience with me. This is my first Audi purchase and so far the dealership has been better than the others. It was worth driving the extra 15 minutes down 611 from the other Audi dealership to Willow Grove." - Customer
